Easy Plum Jam Recipe



Ingredients:

  1. 1 ½ kg of plums pitted and chopped
  2. 200 ml of water
  3. 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  4. 1.75 oz of pectin powder
  5. 1 ½ kg of sugar

How to Make Plum Jam Recipe:

  • Combine all of ingredients (exclude sugar) in a pan or large bowl
  • Boil over high heat and stir constantly
  • Add sugar, boil hard for about 1 minute and stir constantly
  • Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace and adjust the caps
  • Process 10 minutes in boiling water bath
