Wingko Babat (Wingko Durian)
Ingredients :- 200 ml of tick coconut milk
- 250 gr of refined sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 150 gr of durian, blended
- 450 of glutinous rice powder
- 300 gr of young coconut, grated
- 50 gr of margarine
- 2 eggs, shake
How to make?- Blend Coconut milk, durian, refined sugar, salt. Boil and stir well. Take away
- Mix with glutinous rice powder, grated coconut, margarine, and eggs. Stir well.
- Prepare a frying pan and lubricate it with margarin. Put your dough in ball shape on the hot frying pan.
- When it's colour brown, lift and put in reverse position
