Rujak



Ingredients :

  1. 150 gr of peeled and sliced pineapple
  2. 150 gr of peeled and sliced manggo
  3. 3 pieces of spondias dulcis(kedongdong), peeled and sliced
  4. 4 pieces of rose-apple, sliced
  5. 150 gr of screw pine, peeled and sliced
  6. 1 pieces of averrhoa bilimbi
Sauce :
  1. 8 pieces of small chilli
  2. 50 gr of terasi (paste of shrimp)
  3. 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  4. 350 gr of brown sugar (can be changed by soy sauce)
  5. 50 ml of water

How to make ?

blend all of sauce ingredients
mix all of ingredients, and have a hot taste in your mouth....
mmmmm yummi personally, i like it....

but, if you have stomach problem, be carefull, consume it wisely....
