Easy Moist Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients :

  1. 2 cups of flour
  2. 2 cups sugar
  3. 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  4. 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  5. 1 cup water
How to Make Easy Moist Chocolate Cake ?
Blend all of above ingredients until well done. Pour into a baking pan then Bake it at 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.

Dadar Jagung (Easy Corn Fritters Recipe)

Ingredients :

  1. 3 chicken’s eggs
  2. 2 cups canned corn, drained
  3. ½ teaspoon of salt
  4. ¼ teaspoon of pepper (you can also add or change with red chilli)
  5. ¼ cup of flour
How to Make Corn Fritters ?
Blend the corn for a moment, just a moment. Beat the eggs until stiff. Add in the corn, beated eggs, salt, pepper, and flour (
bit by bit), then beat again until well mixed. Drop by the spoonful into the hot oil in your deep fryer (set at 350 degrees) until brown. You can also cook it in oven/microwave, but need more much time.

Bakso Malang (Malang Meatball)

Bakso Ingredients:

  1. 350 gr of fresh cow meat
  2. 50 gr best sago flour (sagu)
  3. 100 gr ice cube
  4. 1 egg
  5. 2 pcs of garlic
  6. 1 tespoon of pepper powder
  7. 3 tea spoon of salt
  8. 2 tea spoon of seaweed powder

Soup (Kuah)

  1. 2 liters of water
  2. 600 gr cow rib
  3. 6 pcs of garlic
  4. 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder
  5. 2 bar of leek, sliced
  6. 3 teaspoon of salt

Supplement (Pelengkap):

  1. 10 slice of pangsit, fried
  2. 200 gr of yellow noodle, boil
  3. 10 pieces of fried tofu (tahu)
  4. Fried Onion
  5. Sambal
  6. Celery, cut

How To Make Bakso Malang?

  • Boil water, and take away
  • Blend all of Bakso Ingredients in a food processor. shape the dough into a small ball size
  • Each one meat ball shaped, put it into the pan (with hot water)
  • Boil again until all ball are floated in water, take away, leak it.
  • Blend all of Soup ingredients except rib and water.
  • Boil rib and soup ingredients, pour the fried onion
  • Serve in a bowl, mix bakso, soup, and the supplements.

Bakso Sapi (Indonesian Meat Ball)

Ingredients :
1. Fresh meat 1 ¼ lb
2. 2 egg white
3. 4 tablespoons of tapioca flour
4. 2 teaspoons of salt
5. 1 teaspoon of pepper powder
6. 1 pieces garlic, pounded
7. 2 tablespoons of seaweed powder

How to make bakso?

Home Made Delicious Tiramisu Recipe

Ingredients :

  1. 3 cups of water
  2. 3 tablespoons of honey
  3. 1 cup of milk powder
  4. 2 tablespoons of maize powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  6. 1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves
  7. 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  8. 1/2 cup of egg substitute
  9. 1/2 cup of brewed espresso coffee
  10. 2 tablespoons of orange extract
  11. 12 lady fingers, cut in half lengthwise
  12. 1/4 cup of grated brown sugar

How to Make a Home Made Delicious Tiramisu Recipe ?
  • Boil water and honey in a saucepan over high heat
  • Reduce heat; simmer on low for 20 minutes
  • Remove from heat. Mix milk, maize powder, cinnamon, cloves and salt in a large bowl
  • Slowly add milk dough to the honey dough, stir smoothly
  • Re-boil, stir constantly, over a medium heat
  • Take away from heat
  • Pour the egg into a small bowl then add 1/2 cup of hot milk mixture, blend well
  • Stir back the egg mixture into the remaining milk mixture in a pan
  • Cook over low heat for about 2 minutes
  • Let it cool for about 15-20 minutes
  • Combine coffee with orange extract separate bowl
  • Arrange 6 lady fingers in a separate bowl
  • Pour a half of the coffee mixture over the ladyfingers
  • Spread a half of the custard over the ladyfingers
  • Sprinkle with a half of the grated brown sugar
  • Repeat layers
  • Cover and refrigerate the Tiramisu for about 2-3 hours
  • Serve by spooning onto a bowl

Ingredients :

  1. 3 cups of flour
  2. 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  3. 1 package yeast
  4. 50 ml of gulai sauce
  5. 1 cup of water
  6. 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil

How to Make Homemade Pizza Crust a la Indonesia?

  • Mix well the flour, salt, water, and yeast
  • Stir well in the oil and the lukewarm water with Spatula
  • Knead the dough until the well formed
  • Cover and allow the dough for rising at room temperature for about 45 minutes
  • Cut dough ball for thin pizza crusts
  • Lubricate your pan with vegetable oil
  • Roll out dough ball and place onto your pizza pan
  • Shape the edges for a thick pizza

How to Make Easy Lemon Cookies ?

  • Mix all of the above ingredients
  • Batter until quite stiff
  • Preheat your oven to 350o C
  • Line your cookie sheet
  • Drop batter by the rounded tablespoon onto the cookie sheet
  • Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until well done
  • Store your cookies in an airtight container, for a twice or triple days stock.

Wingko Babat (Wingko Durian)

Ingredients :
  1. 200 ml of tick coconut milk
  2. 250 gr of refined sugar
  3. 1 teaspoon of salt
  4. 150 gr of durian, blended
  5. 450 of glutinous rice powder
  6. 300 gr of young coconut, grated
  7. 50 gr of margarine
  8. 2 eggs, shake
How to make?
  • Blend Coconut milk, durian, refined sugar, salt. Boil and stir well. Take away
  • Mix with glutinous rice powder, grated coconut, margarine, and eggs. Stir well.
  • Prepare a frying pan and lubricate it with margarin. Put your dough in ball shape on the hot frying pan.
  • When it's colour brown, lift and put in reverse position


Ingredients :

  1. 150 gr of peeled and sliced pineapple
  2. 150 gr of peeled and sliced manggo
  3. 3 pieces of spondias dulcis(kedongdong), peeled and sliced
  4. 4 pieces of rose-apple, sliced
  5. 150 gr of screw pine, peeled and sliced
  6. 1 pieces of averrhoa bilimbi
Sauce :
  1. 8 pieces of small chilli
  2. 50 gr of terasi (paste of shrimp)
  3. 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  4. 350 gr of brown sugar (can be changed by soy sauce)
  5. 50 ml of water

How to make ?

blend all of sauce ingredients
mix all of ingredients, and have a hot taste in your mouth....
mmmmm yummi personally, i like it....

but, if you have stomach problem, be carefull, consume it wisely....

Nasi Liwet (Liwet Rice)

Nasi liwet is a kind of food from Central Java. As we know, rice cooked just by water, but nasi liwet is rice that cooked by coconut milk. It is traditional javanese way in cooking from past to now. In the past, the pan used for cooking made by soil. The taste will be more delightful if it cooked by firewood but different region have different way. Nasi liwet usually serve together with Opor Ayam (chicken opor), Telur Pindang (pindang of egg), and sechium edule as the vegetable. Traditionally, it served on a banana leaf or teakwood leaf. Personally, I prefer to choose teakwood leaf as the substitute of plate, because of the special aroma. The aroma will increase our appetite. Should be noted that nasi liwet complements could not be separated from coconut milk.


350 gram of water
2. 650 gram of coconut milk

3. 400 grams of chicken meat
4. 2 pieces of salam leaf
5. 2 bars of SERAI, pounded
6. 2 cm of galangal, pounded
7. 2 teaspoons of salt
8. 2 teaspoon of brown sugar

9. 5 pieces of red onion

10. 2 pieces of garlic
11. ½ tea spoon of coriander seed powder
12. 2 pieces of KEMIRI

13. 4 eggs
14. 1.000 ml water
15. ½ tablespoon of salt
16. 5 pieces of guava leaf
17. 4 pieces of teakwood leaf
18. 2 pieces of salam leaf

19. 100 gr of egg white
20. 50 ml of tick coconut milk
21. ¼ teaspoon of salt

22. fried red onion

Boil rice in 650 ml of coconut milk, let it well cook in small fire.

Blend all ingredients from number 9 to 12

Mix all ingredients from number 3 to 12 until well cooked, take away the chicken meat and slice it into small pieces, then boil again for a moment (about 5 minutes), take away chicken meat then boil the rest of ingredients until tick

Boil all ingredients from number 13 to 18, then peel the eggs and boil again

Mix all ingredients from number 19 to 21, steam it then cut into smal pieces

All of ingredients have already been cooked and ready to serve.

Bihun Goreng (Fried Vermicelli)


  • 100 gr of vermicelli, mix it with hot water for about 5 minutes.
  • 1 tablespoon of margarine
  • 1 bar of leek, sliced
  • 2 pieces of garlic, pounded
  • Pepper powder depend on your taste
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
  • 50 gr of meat, cut into small pieces
  • 50 gr of peeled shrimp
  • 50 gr of broccoli
  • 1 pieces of small tomato, sliced
  • Salt depend on your taste
  • 200 ml of chicken broth

Fry all of the ingredients except vermicelli, salt, broth, soy sauce, and pepper

Pour the broth together with other ingredients, left the water in little volume

Pour the vermicelli, stir well until the water run out

Lift and serve….

Tahu Siomay (Siomay Tofu)


  • 300 gr of tofu, cut into square shape. scrape on the middle.
  • 60 gr of peeled shrimp
  • 50 gr of blended chicken meat
  • 1 piece garlic, pounded
  • Salt depend on your taste
  • Pepper powder depend on your taste
  • 1 teaspoon of sliced celery
  • 2 tablespoon of maize

Mix all the ingredients with scrapped tofu, and put it on the cave of tofu

Steam it well. It will be delicious if you serve together with tomato sauce
