Ingredients:
- 1 ½ kg of plums pitted and chopped
- 200 ml of water
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1.75 oz of pectin powder
- 1 ½ kg of sugar
How to Make Plum Jam Recipe:
- Combine all of ingredients (exclude sugar) in a pan or large bowl
- Boil over high heat and stir constantly
- Add sugar, boil hard for about 1 minute and stir constantly
- Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace and adjust the caps
- Process 10 minutes in boiling water bath
