- First you wan to take a pan over medium flame and combine sugar and flour whisking
- Now whisk in milk until creamy
- Then you want to cook this over medium flame letting boil
- Next you want to reduce to low flame letting to cook approx. 2 min
- You are going to want to remove from heat and let cool
- Next you need to take a bowl on medium and blend butter until creamy
- Now add in the milk mix and and in the vanilla, blending several more min
