Ingredients:
- 1½ cups (or one 15-oz can) of pumpkin puree
 - ¼ cup brown sugar
 - 2 Tbsp white sugar
 - ¼ tsp ground ginger
 - ¼ tsp ground cloves
 - ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
 - ½ tsp ground cinnamon
 - ½ tsp ground allspice
 - ¼ cup water or apple juice
 
- In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients.
 - Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
 - Reduce heat to low.
 - Let mixture simmer for approximately 30 minutes to an hour or until it thickens.
