Ingredients :
- 2 cups of flour
 - 1 teaspoon of baking soda
 - ¼ teaspoon of salt
 - 1 chicken egg
 - 1 ⅛ cup of grated brown sugar
 - ½ cup of vegetable oil
 - 2 tablespoon of buttermilk
 - ½ teaspoon of extract vanilla
 - 3 ripe of bananas (mashed)
 - ½ and ⅓ cup of chopped walnuts
 
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
 - Grease a loaf pan and dust it with flour
 - Blend the flour, baking soda and salt then set aside
 - Mix well the egg, sugar and vegetable oil 
 - Add the flour mixture then blend
 - Add the buttermilk, vanilla and mashed bananas and mix well
 - Fold in the ½ cup of chopped walnuts and pour batter onto prepared loaf pan
 - Top batter with remaining ⅓ cup of chopped walnuts
 - Bake it for about 45-60 minutes
 - For checking the bread, stab it by a toothpick, if comes out clean, it means that your bread has cooked well
 - Let it cool before removing from pan
